MOUNT VERNON — Margaret Becker will mark her 90th birthday Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007. She will celebrate with family and friends during a no-gift open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, at the Church of the Nazarene in Mount Vernon.

Becker has eight children and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She retired at age 62 from cooking at Skagit Valley Hospital and the Mount Vernon School District. Becker has resided in Mount Vernon since she was 3 years old.

She was born Feb. 13, 1917, in Seattle.
